We love hosting these day retreats! Immerse yourself into the CSY experience for an afternoon - a complete joy.
This one will be no different! We'll start with an extended 90 minute aerial yoga class - which will be suitable for complete beginners. There will then be a brief break for cake while the hammocks are lowered so that we can practice restorative aerial yoga close to the ground.
We will finish with one of our famous floating sound baths - relax in the cocoon of the hammock while being bathed in sound.
