Aerial yoga group sessions are restarting today!!!!
We are so excited to be seeing you all again. Classes are getting booked up fast so if you haven't booked in yet then do so now! The link to book is here.
We will be returning slowly, working on rebuilding strength and flexibility using the hammock to support us, we will still be turning upside down as many of you have missed your inversions! You'll also be pleased to know that we will still be ending our sessions with a deep relaxation within the hammock.
Classes are suitable for all levels but if you would prefer to attend a beginner's class, then we have a beginner's course starting on 4th July. Head here to book in for our Aerial Yoga for Beginner's Course.
We are also offering our class passes once again so if you're a regular then it's definitely a good idea to purchase a class pass! Those are available at the bottom of our bookings page and then we will send you a code to book your sessions with.
