Briony will be hosting two Arm Balance workshops in August. Join her to work on strength in the arms, the shoulders, and the core, and then play with several arm balances (crow, side crow, raised lotus, firefly, and headstand). You don't have to be an expert in these poses to join as you will receive tips on how to enter the pose and what to work on to improve. You should be fit and well with no limiting shoulder injuries.
The first will take place in the studio only on Saturday 22nd August @ 12.30pm. The session will be 90 minutes long and the cost will be £20.
The second will be online only on Saturday 29th August @ 12.30pm. The session will be 90 minutes long and the cost will be £10. You will need yoga blocks for the session.
