We are so excited to add a weekly Barre class to the timetable!
Join the fabulous Kate on Saturday mornings at 9.30am from 29th August.
Barre is a fusion between ballet and pilates, focusing on isolating muscles and working high reps to feel the barre burn! You are guaranteed both a strong workout and a lot of fun!
You can join Kate in the studio or from home as the classes are livestreamed through zoom. The class will be using props so if you are joining from home you will need to have the following handy: a chair, some small weights (tins!), a resistance band, and a pilates ball (cushion). If you are attending in person then the props will be provided.
