Mandala: Mindful Movement & Creativity

This workshop is a time to explore your connection to yourself.
With time for intention setting at the beginning of the session, we'll move through a nourishing sequence, before pausing for journalling, optional sharing, and tea.
As we move, we'll be exploring how each pose feels in the body, to really connect with how our body is serving us & supporting us, and to identify if we can serve and support our body further. We'll be focusing on being completely present in every moment with ourselves, and to reconnect to our body, and our selves.
