We have put together a small package that you can send to your mother or a friend in need of self care.
You can send them a lavender eye pillow, and a handwritten note inviting them to our special online Restorative Yoga session which will be held on Sunday 14th March at 8pm. The price of this self care package is £10 including postage. Head here to purchase it. We will then be in touch to discuss the handwritten note and the recipient's address.
There are other options available. We have handmade candles and essential oil blends available, and you can choose to gift an entire month of online membership if you wanted! Get in touch if you want to discuss these alternatives and create a bespoke package for your loved one.
