Some of you may have already had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Varsana, who has covered a couple of classes for us lately, but as she is now launching her own class we thought it was time for an introduction!
Introducing..... Varsana!!
This wonderful lady has been a part of the CSY community since last Summer and we've loved having her in class.
Varsana has recently returned from a 3 month stint in Sri Lanka where she was teaching yoga and pilates at a surf retreat!
With extensive training in pilates and yoga, she's the perfect addition to the CSY team.
Join her on Tuesdays at 7.15pm for a 45 minute Pilates blast!
