Although current circumstances mean that we have had to delay the opening of Clifton Sky Yoga, we are pleased to be able to offer some online yoga classes.
It is vital to keep moving during this time, for both our bodies and our minds. Yoga is excellent for this. It can help keep our bodies strong, the stretches can ease aches and pains which can be caused by this unusual new lifestyle and stress, and it can help boost the mood while relieving anxiety.
We are offering weekly classes on Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 10am through Zoom. To join the meeting you will need to set up a zoom account and use the meeting code “243 825 0956”. You will need the password 002767 and this will be updated regularly so if you have any trouble logging in then check back here for the updated password.
The cost for each class is £4 payable through paypal to "contact@cliftonskyyoga.co.uk"
