We are really excited to announce that we are starting outdoor yoga sessions!
Outdoor group exercise is permitted from 29th March so we have been working behind the scenes to set up some outdoor yoga sessions for you.
The sessions will start on 5th April and they will be held in the private garden at the studio. Access will be through the studio as normal.
Spaces will be limited so that we can ensure adequate distancing.
The classes will be taught by Briony, and they will be suitable for all levels. There will be some flowing sequences to raise the heart rate and keep us warm, while stretching out the body.
