Fridays at 12pm
Sundays at 10.30am
Jo is an extremely knowledgeable yoga teacher, plus she's lovely too! Join her every week to connect with your baby, and make time for yourself, surrounded by a warm and inviting community.
We also offer Parent & Baby classes too so you can continue to see Jo once a week following your baby's arrival!
