See you at the barre?
We all love yoga at CSY, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy other classes!
Our second favourite class is Barre! Our wonderful teacher, Kate, leads a fun and empowering barre class twice a week.
So, what is barre? Barre is a ballet-pilates fusion. A low impact workout for the whole body. There's no cardio, no dancing, just great music and strong movements to build strength where you need it most. It's suitable for all levels, including pre and post natal.
There's no reason not to try it!
Join Kate on Wednesdays at 1pm, and Thursdays at 7.45am.
