Our popular splits workshop is back! It will be on March 27th at 11am, hosted through zoom. Perfect for anyone who is experiencing tension in their lower body as a result of sport or desk work, but it is also ideal for those aerialists who are working towards their splits for aerial tricks!

If you aren't a member then you can join this workshop as a drop in. The price is £20 and you can book in here. If you cannot make the live class then a recording can be sent to you upon request.
