Vinyasa Yoga with Vanessa

You may remember Vanessa from her classes at the studio last Summer. We are really pleased to be welcoming Vanessa back for two classes a week!
Vanessa grew up dancing and has always loved expression through movement. She has been practising yoga for a some time and became a yoga teacher a few years ago. Her training focussed on the physical practice of yin and vinyasa as well as meditation techniques, breath work and visualisation.
Vinyasa classes are traditionally strong classes which involve a flow through a sequence of poses with a creative twist sequenced by the teacher. Vanessa's style of vinyasa is a slower and gentler version of vinyasa. You will still find the vinyasa sequence but you will also find enjoyable poses and a focus on calming the mind, body and breath.
You will still find some strength and stretch, but mostly you will find some calm.
Join Vanessa on Tuesdays at 12.30pm and Thursdays at 6.15pm for a 45 minute class. You can book in here.
