Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Our lovely Louise is back in the studio on 20th August at 6.30pm to offer her signature workshop.
You will begin with a slow and relaxing yin yoga practice, supported by props. You will be encouraged to find a comfortable edge which will enable you to release deep rooted tension.
Louise will then guide you through a yoga nidra relaxation, which a a yogic sleep, the deepest savasana nap!
You will then be completely relaxed and ready to be bathed in the beautiful sounds of the Tibetan bowls. Louise is very talented and the sounds she can produce with her instruments will vibrate beautifully through your body.
