The discount code must be used at the time of purchase, no refunds will be given for those who do not use the code during check out.

The discount on recurring memberships will only apply to initial month - subsequent months will be charged at the original price. 

Credit packs cannot be used by more than one person on the same account. Any person found to be sharing a credit pack will have their credits removed and no refunds will be given.

Our usual membership and class terms and conditions apply:

Memberships cannot be cancelled prior to the end of the minimum term. 

Classes must be pre-booked in advance of attending the studio. You are responsible for booking and cancelling your own classes through our booking platform. 

Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be re-credited. Workshops/Events/Private sessions all have a 7 day cancellation period, and any sessions cancelled with less than 7 days notice will not be recredited. Showing up late to a class or session will be considered a late cancel, as late arrivals will not be admitted to class. 

Joining the waiting list is a commitment to joining the class - you will be auto booked into the class if another attendee cancels up until 1 hour before the start of the class. If you can no longer attend the class it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the waiting list. 

All credit packs commence on the day of purchase, and they will expire within the time period specified for each pass. We cannot extend the expiry date nor can we delay the start of the pass. 

Memberships commence on the day of purchase. They can however be paused at any time provided you give us advance notice. We cannot pause memberships retrospectively. Memberships must be cancelled in writing (by email) in advance of the next payment being taken. Membership bookings will always be subject to availability, we cannot guarantee availability in your chosen class and so advance booking is recommended. 

Any behaviour deemed to be inappropriate will not be tolerated and those exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises and will not be permitted to return. In these instances refunds will not be given.
