Sam is extensively trained in Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage which he offers from our treatment room on Fridays. As an ex-professional squash player and an ultra-marathon runner, Sam really understands how important it is to treat injuries, prevent injuries and release tension in the body (and mind!).

Emily is a holistic health and wellness therapist, offering a range of calming treatments to encourage relaxation and reconnection. With her passion for creating better wellbeing, Emily weaves ancient offerings into daily practices, as a way to empower and enrich clients' lives.
Emily's offerings include Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and pre-conception, pre-natal & post-natal Reflexology.
Nakita is a trauma & polyvagal-informed breathwork practitioner. The breath can be used for healing, relaxation, biohacking, performance, or transformation: combining the breath with the yang mind helps to influence and alter the physiological state of the body, whereas adopting a freer breath allows the yin wisdom of the body to lead its own process.
