CLIFTON SKY YOGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of our services (single class, class passes or memberships).

1. Bookings, Cancellations, Memberships and Passes

1.1       All classes must be booked in advance, classes are subject to availability. You are responsible for managing your own bookings, we are unable to manage bookings on your behalf.

1.2       All classes are payable in advance and no refunds for cancellations will be given. You may reschedule to another class provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice and provided that there is availability in your chosen class. Classes that are cancelled must be re-booked within 4 months by using the credit on your account.

1.3     We require 7 days notice of any cancellations for workshops, events and private sessions. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will not be re-credited. Sessions that are cancelled with more than 7 days notice must be re-booked within 4 months.

1.4       It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time. If you are late we will refuse access to avoid disruption to others and in this instance no refunds will be given.

1.5         In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class you will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change the teacher for any given session.

1.6       All class passes commence on the day of purchase, and they will expire within the time period specified for each pass. We cannot extend the expiry date nor can we delay the start of the pass.

1.8        Memberships commence on the day of purchase. They can however be paused at any time provided you give us advance notice. We cannot pause memberships retrospectively. Memberships must be cancelled in writing (by email) in advance of the next payment being taken. Membership bookings will always be subject to availability, we cannot guarantee availability in your chosen class and so advance booking is recommended.

1.9       Bookings for courses cannot be transferred to any other date, i.e. if you do not attend one session in a course, that session cannot be carried over to another course.

2. Clothing

2.1       You must ensure you wear clothing that is appropriate for the class you are attending. If you are unsure you should discuss this with us.

2.2       Footwear is not permitted in our classes but if you have any contagious foot complaints you must ensure that you wear socks at all times.

2.3       You must not wear jewellery or any clothing with zips during aerial yoga classes.

2.4      You must wear gripped/sticky socks for reformer pilates classes. If you do not have any then you can purchase some upon arrival for £5.

3.2       It is your responsibility to advise us of any circumstances affecting your health which may be exacerbated by attending a class. You warrant that you have fully disclosed any conditions to us prior to booking.
