Self Care Spring!

Hello gorgeous souls.

 

Winter is drawing to a close and we're blossoming into Spring. 

 

It's the perfect time of year to be setting intentions. To be committing to ourselves, our wellbeing. 

 

That's why we've created our new Spring package - which is open to all, whether you're new around here, or you're already in love with the CSY vibe. 


Over the next 12 weeks, you'll attend 2 yoga classes a week, and once a month, you'll receive a deeply nourishing massage. 

 

It's a commitment - but you're worth it. 💍

 

You'll have flexibility - receiving all of your credits on day one.

 

You'll have priority booking - so you can choose how your schedule looks.

 

How it works:

36 credits - to be used within 84 days (12 weeks)

 

  • one credit = one yoga or pilates class

  • two credits = one aerial yoga class

  • four credits = one 45 min massage with Lorna


Our classes are small - intentionally. We want you to have  freedom to move, to expand, to take up space. 


Real, spiritual yoga, taught by expert teachers. Teachers who don't just lead from the front of the room, but instead, are right there by your side. 

 

Personalised attention, luxury props, hands on assists (with your consent), and a cosy savasana with a warm lavender eye pillow.
