Yoga for Strength Workshop

On Saturday 16th May at 2pm we will be hosting a 90 minute workshop on strength. During this workshop we will be working on building strength in the core, the glutes, and the arms/shoulders.
We had great feedback following the recent balances and arm balances workshop so the idea of this workshop is to combine these two workshops. You will be using your lower body strength to stand on one leg and you will be using your upper body strength to try out a couple of arm balances.
If you are looking to improve your strength, or build up to the more advanced postures then this is the workshop for you. This wil be a strong class but it will be suitable for all levels. Prepare to work hard and have fun!
