We are thrilled to be able to expand our online timetable. For just £20 a month you can have unlimited access to our online classes.
This includes 5 varied zoom classes a week, a weekly meditation, guest teachers, a splits workshop, a restorative yoga session, two social events and an on demand video library which grows weekly.
Our regular timetable is as follows:
Monday @ 7.30pm - Yoga with Briony
Wednesday @ 12.30pm - Yoga with Briony
Wednesday @ 7pm - Meditation with Nic
Thursday evening - guest teachers - Sound bath on 25th March!
Friday @ 6.30pm - Yoga with Frankie
Saturday @ 11am - Power Yoga with Laura
