We offer private sessions both in the studio or online.
A private aerial session can be a one to one session for you, or a private session for up to three people.
A private yoga session can be one to one for you, or a private session for up to five people in the studio, or up to ten online.
All private sessions are tailored to your preferences, taking into account any injuries or goals.
