We've been offering private classes for secondary schools for a while now, and we have decided it is time to start offering those classes to all teens.
Our wonderful teacher, Rosie, has undertaken specialist training in teaching yoga to teenagers and has been teaching teens for a while now. Yoga is a great way for teens who are suffering from stress, anxiety, or trouble sleeping to find some relief. Not to mention the physical benefits of a yoga practice!
We'd love to welcome your teen along to our friendly studio. The class is on Thursday afternoons at 4.30pm.
