Join Libby for a gentle flowing yoga class, suitable for post-natal mothers and parents on Tuesdays at 10:30am starting from the 7th Feb.
Bring your own baby! Babies are included throughout the practice as we interact and connect but these classes are for supporting you and your body.
*Classes suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post caesarean birth, up to crawling babies.
