Join Imogen for an active flowing yoga class. Starting by warming up the body, then working on building strength and flexibility, finishing with a deep relaxation. Imogen has been practising yoga for over 10 years, since she found it as a perfect complement to years of dance training. Imogen brings her love of dance into her practice, teaching a flowing style which encourages intuitive movement over rigid alignment. She believes passionately that everyone can do some yoga, and feel the life-changing benefits, and pays particular attention to creating an accessible and inclusive class environment. Yin Yang Yoga combines two styles of yoga into one practice. Blending the benefits of a slower paced yin practice (holding poses for a longer period of time to work deep into the connective tissues) with a more dynamic yang practice (develops strength and flexibility through an active flow). Allow Vanessa to help you find balance through cultivating both the yin and yang elements. Suitable for all levels.
